We started Spring Daily because the wellness space had a content problem. Too much noise, too little science. Every supplement had a study behind it, every protocol had a celebrity endorsing it, and nobody was asking whether any of it actually worked. We do. Every article we publish is grounded in peer-reviewed research, written by people who read the studies rather than the press releases.
Our focus is longevity, performance, and the biology of feeling well — sleep, hormones, nutrition, neuroscience, and the interventions that have evidence behind them. We cover the full picture: what works, what’s overhyped, and what the research actually says versus what the supplement industry wants you to believe. No affiliate stacks. No sponsored protocols. Just the science.
Every protocol we cover starts with the primary literature, not the podcast clip. We cite the actual studies, name the researchers, and tell you when the evidence is strong versus when something is still a promising bet. You deserve to know the difference.
We don't cover supplements because they're trending. We cover them when the clinical trial data is worth your attention. That means RCTs over anecdotes, effect sizes over testimonials, and honest conversations about what the research doesn't yet prove.
The most powerful longevity interventions — sleep, zone 2 cardio, protein distribution, stress regulation — are free. We talk about them as much as we talk about peptides and wearables, because the evidence says they should come first.
